1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

Item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

All original tags and packaging are intact

Item is in sellable condition
2. How to Start a Return

Our team will provide return instructions and shipping details.

Once we receive the item, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing.
3. Refunds

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless:

4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color:

Exchanges are subject to availability.

We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
