Vazare is a Los Angeles–based apparel brand offering unisex leather jackets, hoodies, and related fashion items. Throughout these Terms, “Vazare,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the company; “you” refers to the customer or site user.

We take pride in the design and craftsmanship of our jackets and hoodies.

• All products are subject to availability.
• Descriptions, pricing, and product updates may change without notice.

We work to provide accurate, up-to-date product information at all times.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Prices may include or exclude sales tax depending on your location; applicable California taxes apply to California residents.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and any payment options shown at checkout.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order—not that it has been accepted.

Your order is officially accepted when it is shipped.

We ship from Los Angeles, California.

• Make sure your shipping address is accurate — Vazare is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect information.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us.

You may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery if they are:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• In original packaging with tags attached

Exceptions:

• Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
• Sale items may have different return rules if stated on the product page.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we inspect the returned item.
Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

7. Warranty & Care

All Vazare products undergo quality checks before shipping.

Covers:

• Manufacturing defects detected upon arrival

Does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Improper cleaning/care
